Primary Healthcare Centre services, including:

1. medical examinations and consultations
   - diagnostics and treatment,
   - referrals for specialist,
   - hospital, or sanatorium treatment;
2. Primary care nurse services
3. Laboratory tests
4. Diagnostic tests: ECG, blood pressure measurement

The facility includes the following consulting rooms:

1. Internal medicine office – open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00
2. Treatment room – open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00, including:
   - The material for laboratory tests is taken: 8:00–10:00
   - ECG tests: 11:00–18:00

Patient registration at the medical centre is available Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 19:00. Patients may register in person at the centre or by phone at: +48 12 293 54 70.

Patients may also use services offered at other Akamedik clinics. Registration is handled via the Telephone Service Centre at +48 12 629 88 00. During the call, simply indicate to our consultant which facility you wish to attend.
