The primary element of the Visual Identity of the Cracow University of Economics is the logo, which appears in both Polish and English versions. The logo consists of: the University’s logograph, which combines an image of a crown, a stylized arrangement of the initials of the University’s name and the founding year, as well as the inscription “Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie” (or “Kracow University of Economics” in the English version), written in the Trojan Pro typeface. The official colors of the University are dark green and burgundy.

On the obverse of the banner with a green and burgundy background, the emblem of the University is embroidered in gold thread. It consists of the intertwined letters UEK, topped with the Kazimierz Crown and includes the founding year of the University. The emblem is encircled at the top by the inscription “Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie” and beneath it appears the University’s motto: RERUM COGNOSCERE CAUSAS ET VALOREM. On the reverse side on a white-and-red background the national emblem of Poland is embroidered.
